We typically discuss your training needs and desired outcomes over the phone or via email. We then provide a proposal, outlining suggested material, a training timeframe and the training fee.

Upon acceptance of the proposal, we set up a time and date and come to your premises to deliver the training.

Following the training sessions, you have a further 30 days in which to contact us by phone or email with any follow-up questions.
